DURBAN – Alani Ferreira is no stranger to the Paralympics games after representing South Africa at both the Rio and Tokyo games.
The 26-year-old has set her sights on a podium finish at this year’s Paris Games set for the 28th of August.
Ferreira won a bronze medal at the World Championships last year and emerged as the winner in the visually impaired category at the Midmar Mile in February.
She hopes South Africa will be rallying behind her when she flies the South African flag in France.
